Stock Medical Chart Divider Sets, Bottom Tabs, 1/8th Cut (50 Sets of 8 Tabs). Each sheet is 8-1/2" x 11" with a the Mylar laminated tabs extending an additional 1/2" on the bottom. These divider sheets are made out of a 90# manila stock and tabs are printed in black ink on both sides. Each sheet has two, Mylar reinforced, holes punched on the top.

These stock medical chart dividers include 50 sets of 8 divider sheets with pre-printed, 1/8th cut bottom tabs.
